Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp cold water
Filling:
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp flour
9-10 cut and peeled apples
Icing:
1 cup powdered (confectioner's) sugar
2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Form dough into two balls.
Press one ball into a 9 x 13" ungreased pan.
Place sliced apples on the dough. Sprinkle the sugar / flour / cinnamon mixture on top.
Roll out the other ball of dough. Place it on top of the apples.
Bake at 375° F for 45 minutes.
Cool, and drizzle on the icing.
