Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 lb ground beef
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Directions:
Slowly brown the beef and onion in a large skillet or heavy 3-quartsauce pan. Drain off any fat. Add rest of ingredients and simmer,covered, for 30 minutes.
Will fill 15 to 20 buns.
