This recipe is also called Mexican Wedding Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sifted flour

Directions:
Cream butter with confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.Then stir in flour and nuts. Shape into small balls on an ungreasedbaking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes at 350° F. Roll inconfectioner's sugar while still hot.

Makes about 3 dozen.
