Ingredients:
1 cup diced onion
2 Tbsp butter
4 cups cooked ham, diced
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1 1/3 cups soda crackers, crushed
3 cups milk
salt & pepper

Directions:
Sauté onion and butter until soft.
Combine all ingredients. Pour into 9x13" greased pan. Store in refrigerator overnight.
Bake 350° for 45 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean.

Serves 6 - 8
