Ham, Cheese and Egg Bake

Ingredients:
8 - 10 slices of bread, crusts removed
2 1/2 cups cubed ham
2 1/2 cups grated cheese - rainbow

Beat together:
7 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp mustard

Directions:
Layer bread - ham and cheese in 9x13" pan (sprayed with nonstick spray).
Pour egg mixture over top. Cover and put in fridge overnight.
Before baking, crush 2 cups Corn Flakes and sprinkle over the top. Melt 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter and pour over crushed corn flakes.

L Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
