Jell-O Cubes (aka Finger Jell-O)

Note: the water has to be boiling, not just hot, or the Jell-O will not dissolve properly.

Ingredients:
3 small pkgs of Jell-O (3 oz each), any flavor
1 pkg unflavored gelatin
2 1/2 cups boiling water

OR

4 small pkgs of Jell-O (or 2 large / 6 oz pkgs)
1 pkg unflavored gelatin
3 cups boiling water

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9" square baking pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
