Ingredients:
1 lb blanched almonds (2 cups ground)
1 lb confectioner's sugar (3 1/4 cup)
3 Tbsp flour
3-4 unbeaten egg whites
Directions:
Grind the almonds. Mix with all other ingredients. Process until firm, but not dry.
Grease kransekake pans with Crisco and dust with cornmeal.
Bake at 325° F for 30 minutes or until they are firm and golden.
Decorate with royal icing drizzled on top, after they have cooled on the pan.
