Bread Ingredients:
1 pkg lemon cake mix with pudding
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Glaze Ingredients:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 or 4 Tbsp of lemon juice

Directions:
Mix all Bread Ingredients together and beat 4 to 5 minutes. Put in 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake 350° for 40 min. Before removing from pans, poke holes in top of loaves with fork and top with Glaze Ingredients. Allow glaze to soak into bread, then remove from pans.
