Ingredients:
3 1/3 c flour
2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
3 c sugar
1 c salad oil
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 c water
2 c pumpkin (16 oz can)
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquids and blend with dry ingredients. Bake 350° for 1 hour in cleaned-out metal cans (soup, etc.)
Optional: add nuts and 1/4 tsp cloves
