Ingredients:
2 cups pretzels
3 Tbsp sugar
3/4 cup butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 package (6 oz) raspberry Jell-O
2 1/2 cups boiling water
10 oz frozen raspberries
Directions:
Crush the pretzels, and mix with the sugar and butter. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes; cool.
Mix the cream cheese, confectioners sugar, whipping cream andmarshmallows. Layer over the pretzel crust.
Mix the Jell-O and boiling water until all crystals have dissolved.Add the raspberries, and then spread over the creamy filling.Chill.
