Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:
3 eggs

3/4 cup cooking oil
2 tsp vanilla

1 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamnon

2 cups grated zucchini (about 2 good size ones)

Directions:
Beat egg first. Add moist ingredients, then dry ingredients, then mix in zucchini. Grease 2 small bread pans. Bake at 325°, 1 hour.

Also good in cake pan for 30 min. then frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
